After dreaming big at Winter 2016 Convention in Atlanta, TAP-Boston has been busy planning for the Fall 2016 TACL Convention over Labor Day weekend Sept 2-5, 2016. @boardmembers, mark your calendars!Sneak peek for Board Members: Boston is a city rich with history, but we don’t want to do things that have been already done. We’re in the most innovative state in the nation and want to be different. We want to disrupt.
How will Fall 2016 Convention be different? We will facilitate deeper bonding through an emphasis on self-awareness and identity. We will also invite Taiwanese American community leaders outside of TACL to attend and experience what it means to be part of the TACL family. And of course, we won’t forget to make sure everyone has an awesome time!
The details are still coming together, but we have a vision of success. We strive:
- To create a space where Taiwanese American leaders can build meaningful relationships with one another;
- To provide a time for reflection on identity and purpose, particularly in the Taiwanese American context; and
- To inspire and propel a collective vision
