WHAT IS GLO?
Global Leadership Organization was founded under one central mission: To make the world a better place. We believe when more people are motivated and dare to have dreams, that if we equip them with the skills, that they will go out there and make a difference. Through a three-day immersive conference, the program is designed to tackle four main themes: people management, project management, meeting management, and communication and public speaking. These four themes encapsulate the different scenarios all leaders need. This includes creating visions, goals, and objectives; and processes to achieve these goals.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A CONFERENCE?
GLO Leadership Conference is a 2-day immersive program, offering its attendees the skills and practice needed to become effective leaders, while also providing immediate feedback. Attendees are split into groups of 10-15 led by business and community leaders serving as small group counselors. Each group goes through a well-designed curriculum centered around project management, meeting management, and public speaking.
