About Li-Ming
Li-Ming was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. She left to the US for college to attend Brandeis University in Waltham, MA (not close to Boston at all!). There she majored in communication and media as well as East Asian studies and got a taste of TA life during college (Brandeis TSA is the best!). She completed her MA in international relations and international economics from Johns Hopkins University SAIS in Bologna, Italy and Washington, DC before moving back to Boston for work. Currently, she currently works as a Communication Officer in higher education.
