On May 19, 2018 TAP-ATL hosted the Inagural Atlanta Lu Rou Fan Cook Off event! 12 teams competed in making the most delicious Taiwanese minced pork rice dish.
The winning team took home a trophy and all teams received a red envelope for participating.
The Cultural Center of TECO in Atlanta helped provide the location of the event. Tea Top, a fairly new bubble tea store, sold milk teas to the attendees.
There was a great turnout of nearly 200 people! Everyone enjoyed tasting all the different kinds of lu rou fan and learning a bit more about what TAP-ATL is about.
