Peter Chang is the National Secretary for TACL National.  His past TACL involvement includes serving as National President of TACL, Los Angeles Chapter Vice President, Los Angeles Political Internship Coordinator, LID Camp Advisor, and founder of Taiwanese American Professionals in Los Angeles (TAP-LA).  Peter is currently an Assistant Vice President in Business Banking at Southwest Bank, an M&I Bank in St. Louis, MO.  Peter is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in International Relation and a minor in Business Administration.  Peter has extensive sales and marketing experience spending 6 years with Xerox Corporation.  His interests in US-Taiwan-China tri-lateral relations led him to work in the office of the Deputy Secretary-General to the President of Taiwan for 3 years.  Peter recently founded Young Asian American Professional Association in St. Louis (www.yapastl.org), a partner organization of TACL.
